• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may be affected by:

• Technical issues and server problems

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee advance notice for emergency downtime.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VMPwn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VMPwn operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will:

• Notify users of significant changes via email or website notice
